Dividend Reinvestment Plan
On May 5, 2015, Cott's Board of Directors adopted the Cott Corporation Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "DRIP"). The DRIP allows eligible holders of Cott common shares to reinvest cash dividends paid in respect of their common shares to acquire additional common shares.
