Troubleshooting
| Under the Cott vending program, our customers' employees are asked to assist with over-the-phone diagnostics, troubleshooting and minor repairs. We find that most malfunctions are caused by jammed coins, jammed bottles or cans, store-level electrical problems or clean lines issues. By partnering with our customers and their on-site staff, a malfunctioning machine can usually be corrected within minutes. If store staff is unable to correct a problem, Cott will dispatch a contract service company to the site within two business days. |
