The success of a vending program weighs heavily on the strong communication and coordination between Cott Vending and the customer. The customers’ store level personnel are responsible for loading product and removing money. We rely on them to contact our Technical Support Call Center via a toll-free number to help us diagnose the problem whenever the machine is not functioning properly. In one out of every three cases, we can troubleshoot and solve the problem over the phone and get the machine back up and vending. In other cases, we dispatch one of our well qualified 3rd party service providers to visit the store and repair the machine. |
